New ITEMS

for

The 2003-2004 Season

On the slate for the 2003-2004 Season

Owners,  I have a lot  of items to discus for implementation for the up and coming season. Here are a list of the items:

  1. Adding 8 new teams.
  2. Creating a new rule that would impact topic #1. "If an Owners does not call in a lineup or makes any changes for 2 weeks in a row, then the roster will be frozen, the owner will forfeit the team, entry fee and the Commisioner will run the team for the remainder of the season. If that team finishes in the money, then that money will carry over to next season's pot or kitty".
  3. "If an Owner tries to pick up any players with out any money on account, the Owner will be charged for the transaction but wont receive the player.
  4. "If an Owner has any balances that are due of any amount and has not got their account up to date, they will lose 100 Fantasy points per week until their account is up to date."
  5. Conference commissioner's will consist of the previous seasons conference Champions. Example, for the 2003-2004 season, Wall will be the NFC Commisioner and Lawrence will be the AFC Commisioner.
  6. "Creating a loser's Fantasy Playoff Structure that will go as follow: The 8 teams that do not make the playoffs will have a Fantasy playoffs as well. The seeding will go as follow. The best record will be seeded #1, the second best record will be seeded #2 and so on. It will follow the same format as the regular playoffs which will start from week 15-17. We would have 1% of the League Kitty go toward the Winner. There will be only 1 winner awarded the prize."
  7. Creating a new Automatic rule for Off-season Trades. If any Owners make trades during the off-season, and for some reason an Owner loses a Player he received in a trade due to INJURY, RETIREMENT, ETC. Then that Owner can Automatically cancel the trade if he so chooses.
  8. Drafting College Players.
  9. Here are a list of NEW scoring categories (Offense & Defense) that the software has to offer. Would you be interested in implementing any new categories for the 2003-2004 season?

Any Passes thrown by a Qb, Rb, Wr, or Te, that is intercepted and returned for Touchdown that player loses an additional 15 points. Example: interception = -20 points+ 15 points for it being returned for a touchdown= -35 points. (the 15 points can be changed if this categories is accepted as a new category
